Benefits of My Account
- You can log in to My Account both in the Mälartåg app and on malardalstrafik.se. When logged in, you can purchase and view your Mälartåg single tickets. Since you can log in from any device, you don’t have to worry about losing your ticket.
- You can quickly and easily reschedule your trip free of charge via the app or the web. You can choose an earlier or later train on the same day or a future date if your plans change. The trip must be rescheduled before the original departure time and for the same route in either direction. Read more about the rebooking terms here:
- You can save your payment card and update your personal details.
- Download receipts and tickets in PDF format.
- When the new Mälardalstrafik app launches soon, you will be able to collect Mälartåg single tickets and Movingo period tickets in My Account. In the future, you will also be able to subscribe to traffic information for selected departures/lines through My Account. We will provide more details once the new app is launched.
You can still buy and travel with our single tickets without creating an account.

Closing Your Account
The easiest way to delete your account is by logging in on the web or in the app and selecting the "Close Account" button.
