If you feel that you are not obliged to pay the supplementary fee, you must contact Mälartåg customer service with a dispute. This must be done within 10 days of the date on which the supplementary fee was distributed on board.

- Please send your dispute in writing, together with the control number of the additional fee, to tillaggsavgiftmalartag@regionsormland.se
